The TheoCAD Software for Windows Notebooks can also be purchased without TheoCAD hardware, for example to use it with other measuring devices for CAD measurements. The TheoCAD 3D software includes all the functions described on the website:

- Room and building measurements
- Measurement of stairs
- Measurement of windows and doors
- Measurement of kitchen worktops
- Evaluations for Excel, PDF
- Photo function
- 3D CAD software for measuring arms or tachymeters, theodolite
- Deformation-correct measurements with levels

- When purchasing the TheoCAD 3D software, a version of TheoCAD LT or TheoCAD LT stair is also included (otherwise €1240.00) as well as 1 hour of training and support.
